DESCRIPTION This is a unique opportunity for the right person to join a fast-growing technology company and refine our FP&A organization as we scale with 20%
growth and near 30% aEBITDA and unlevered Free Cash Flow Margins.
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, the Vice President of FP&A is a strategic business partner who adds value by developing and presenting accurate and pertinent financial guidance.
S/he is responsible for providing forward-looking financial analysis and reporting and developing and implementing robust procedures that create accurate, timely, and relevant financial statements, measurements, forecasts, plans, projections and business analysis.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader that is ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the data/systems/models/etc.

S/he will ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to FP&A is taken across the organization and that significant variances from planned or forecasted results are identified, understood, and that recommended corrective actions agreed with senior leadership.
This role will ensure financial objectives are achieved, while focusing on continuous improvement and frequent communications with the CFO and key stakeholders across the business to drive financial performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with CFO and senior leadership team to provide business insights to the organization& executive team Lead, motivate, develop, and retain a lean, high-quality team.
Create a culture of FP&A excellence where the function is viewed as a strategic partner and expert on financial matters providing guidance and assistance to other functional groups as needed Prepare us to scale by refining and managing all core FP&A processes, including:
Annual Planning Monthly reporting packs with KPI's Monthly rolling forecasts with analysis of variances and implications Quarterly public company guidance development Quarterly Board meeting preparation& participation Ad-hoc decision support Develop short- and long-term roadmaps of priorities to help FP&A scale with the business.
This will include but not be limited to:
Clarifying and communicating processes and calendars Using templates to streamline work Refining and/or implementing financial planning tools and technology Support acquisition efforts, including valuation, due diligence, and post-merger integration Opportunity to grow into greater involvement/ownership of:
Investor Relations Strategic Treasury SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE High energy and self-motivated, with a hands-on style Experience in one or more high-growth SAAS businesses with revenue of $200m or more Experience leading or directly supporting public company guidance modeling Ability to distill questions to their essence while remaining connected enough to the details to ensure quality in final deliverables Passion for building templates, calendars, processes, and systems We have growth and profitability and are seeking a partner who can help us scale to $1B in revenue and beyond.
We have NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, and many other modern tools; now we need to optimize and fully leverage them! The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
