Summary:
Reporting to the Body Shop manager or designated manager.
Perform limited preparation work (remove and reinstall parts) to damaged vehicles while maintaining high standards for efficiency and observing all safety requirements.
Perform all additional duties assigned by the Body Shop manager or designated manager.
Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are always followed.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Provide excellent customer service:
Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient, and courteous attention.
Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment, and friendly disposition by greeting others.
Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly and courteous manner.
Advise the designated manager of all complaints or incidents.
Efficiently perform work in the Body Shop Provide limited vehicle preparation work by removing and installing parts for painting in accordance with Auction and professional standards.
Operate and be proficient with all tools required for the job.
Properly complete all work order documentation.
Check off each job and return the work order to the manager when work has been completed Assist in overall general shop duties such as cleaning, driving, organizing vehicle parking, and staging, etc.
Inform the Body Shop manager of all equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately.
Maintain work area and conditions to ensure a safe environment for all employees and customers.
Respond to and follow all proper company policies and procedures involving accidents (customer or employee), injuries, and loss or damage to any property.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities.
-Advise designated manager of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately.
