Actively cross-sell Align products and services to new and existing members.
Serve as a liaison between the Members and Align.
Responsible for providing account information, opening new accounts, process loans and mortgages, and professionally handling the Member's daily needs.
Provide a variety of transactions to connect with our Members.
Duties:
Exhibit a strong working knowledge of all Align Products and Services.
Actively promote credit union products and services based on Member needs that are obtained from Member interactions.
Represent Align to Members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
This may also include promoting Align to potential Members at Business Development functions or on-sites Maintain a strong advanced knowledge of IRA's.
Maintain a strong advanced knowledge of legal aspects of deposit accounts including POA, Trusts, and deceased Members.
Maintain a strong advanced knowledge of and be able to successfully originate consumer loans.
Must also possess a strong advanced knowledge of and be able to administer leads on and first and/or second/home equity products.
Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
Provide in-person and telephone support in general and specific service-related information concerning Align services and policies.
Respond to Members' requests, problems and complaints and/or direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance.
Should periodically be able to help out lower level staff with challenging situations in the absence of management.
Ability to act as Manager on Duty in instances where the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager are not available and to serve as a branch key holder on a rotating/as needed basis.
Opening and closing of branch office.
Also includes working extended hours on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings on a rotating basis.
To actively participate and apply all Align required training, complete all required on-line and classroom requirements, and actively seek out ways to increase knowledge of Align products and services to better contribute to my department and Align.
