Position
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with our customers professionally, confidently, and friendly manner.
The CSR will be able to book incoming calls and help people navigate their options.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 2
years of experience in customer service Strong customer service skills Professional phone skills Energetic personality Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn software programs Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills Must be able to work independently
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received Update customer profiles as information is received Type service contract proposals for new customers Maintenance of the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, and renewals Order parts for special orders Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers and technicians.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
