What you'll be doing:
o Support all aspects of campaign production for onsite media offerings, including ad unit development, campaign creation, trafficking tags & creative, targeting implementation, and campaign QC.
o Create process mapping and support the development of onsite operational roadmaps & document considerations for potential solution integrations and technology deployments.
o Work closely with Product team and technical providers to ensure delivery and flawless execution of campaigns.
o Directly support troubleshooting & reconciliation processes, serving as the escalation point around all operational issues.
o Oversee onsite advertising operations performance metrics and produce regular reporting to identify potential optimization opportunities.
o Collaborate with the Billing Manager to ensure Ad Operations processes & reporting enable the Billing team to execute invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting of the onsite ad business.
o Collaborate with the Creative Project Manager to ensure that all onsite campaign creative needs are fulfilled on time allowing projects to be delivered on time to vendor & Staples' specifications and standards.
o Ensure campaigns deliver against performance expectations.
o Execute special projects as directed by Lead Advertising Operations Manager.
What you bring to the table:
o Strong understanding of retail media:
programmatic, managed service, onsite advertising operations and technology.
o Strong knowledge of digital media channels, operations, and online advertising.
o Familiarity with display/search/social advertising, DSPs, and onsite advertising.
o Ability to manage deadlines & milestones across multiple simultaneous projects and vendors.
o Strong interpersonal and presentation skills as well as demonstrated experience in fact-based analysis, including the ability to persuasively present insights and recommendations.
o A strategic approach to execution, including an ability to identify process improvements.
o Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
o A collaborative mindset and the ability to triage needs across multiple stakeholders and teams.
