- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats.
- Set up and clean workstations before and after meal preparation.
- Assist in cooking and baking tasks as directed by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
- Wash, peel, and cut various ingredients for meal preparation.
- Assist in organizing and storing ingredients and supplies.
- Help with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and kitchen equipment.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Note:
This position is primarily focused on catering services.
