Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 2
years of related experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC or a related industry Energetic personality Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn software programs Highly organized and detail-oriented Must be able to work independently or in a team setting Ability to address issues that arise in a day-to-day warehouse setting Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records of equipment, parts, and supplies Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval of items Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of materials Receive and process customer orders, picking items from inventory Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving units Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
