Qualifications:
Must Have A Valid Driver's License Must have 6 months Experience in Custodial or Janitorial Background Construction Cleaning experience is preferred Responsibilities Include:
Traveling up to 45 miles radius in your own personal vehicle Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, walking/standing, and climbing ladders as needed.
Wear protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazards and injuries, including hard hats, safety glasses, safety vest.
Site Cleanup Debris Removal Perform rough and finals cleanings post construction.
Wipe down ceiling fixtures, fans, lights, mechanical registers, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, counters, appliances, and other fixtures.
Detailed sweeping, mopping, scraping, and vacuuming floors.
Window Washing Apartment Unit Final cleaning Utilizing Floor Machines Floor Waxing Buffing Floors Other duties as assigned Benefits include:
