years hands-on experience using lBM InfoSphere DataStage 8.x (8.7 preferred) in all aspects of ETL design, specification, and implementation
Champion on BI/DW projects,
Excellent Design, Development skills and Analytical Skills
Strong SQL, Database skills
Strong data warehousing design experience using dimensional modeling techniques
Extensive knowledge of data warehousing, interface development, data modeling, and data analysis required.
Proficient SQL experience (ability to read/write SQL is required)
In depth knowledge of relational modeling, dimensional modeling and entity relationship modeling.
In depth knowledge of Data Integration concepts, approaches, and tools and the role of data architecture in successful implementation of data integration strategy
Ability to construct ETL routines according to specification using IBM InfoSphere DataStage
Ability to implement ETL strategies and solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage
Assist in designing test plans for ETL sessions and maps
Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring
Effective oral and written communications skills required to enable the consultant to communicate to technical and functional audiencesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
