Have experience in business development and branch management for industrial manufacturer, OEM or similar type of organization selling directly to the end user
Possess a well rounded skill set with understanding of operations, sales and service departments
Be experienced in handling personnel issues such as hiring, firing, scheduling, disciplining, etc
Experience analyzing market trends, determining and forecasting budgets, etc
