Summary:
The Senior Program Manager, Copy and Print is responsible for driving the success of copy and print programs through proactive, disciplined program and project management.
He or she will leverage a combination of strong organizational, relationship, and communication skills, the ability to design and execute processes, and a proven track record of influence without authority, as well as collaboration with cross-functional and cross-channel teams.
Spearhead collaboration with field leaders like DSS team and DM's to gain support for any/all programs and to insure field selling team is on the same page as home office team.
Provide strong leadership, project planning and management to one or more visible, complex projects, driving team execution and ensuring expected results.
Build and manage project plans that outline business requirements, dependencies, role and responsibilities, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Update the NASO (stores and online) Business Service people plan to maximize effectiveness of the US Retail Business Service store model.
Organize and meet regularly with a cross-functional team to optimize people elements including:
FT/PT ratio, job description, competency models and compensation plans.
Provide formal updates that are reviewed by the VP Copy & Print Growth and the Business Services Group VP regularly.
Manage pilot to implementation of Best Copy 2.
0 which will elevate the level of sales and service in USR stores.
Create a sales forum to bring new ideas for ways to get MORE qualified customers into and through the pipeline, increasing the numbers of customers actively managed by marketing, stores, inside and outside account managers.
Create a 3-4 tier C&P store model that optimizes labor spend, people/staffing, and position responsibilities and machine/layout resources.
Manage all change elements of store structure that are associated with Business Services.
Continue to manage the execution of Best Copy and Area Best Copy stores.
Point person to Field Sales team with regards to store execution of Best Copy model.
Create strategy, reporting, action plan to reduce the number of negative comping USR stores.
Leverage and align all sales assets and partner with leadership to prioritize the elimination of negative comping stores.

Collaboratively develop, maintain and lead strategic programs Communicate the programs to the field Use data & analytics to support decisions and determine modifications to programs Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program Proactively identify program roadblocks / issues and propose solutions Define program success metrics and develop means to track and report Effectively manage stakeholders expectations regarding programs Passionate, inspired leadership Build strong internal relationships across all business units Regular, impactful communication of progress and impact and to solicit feedback for improvements of programs Using data and feedback, regularly review programs to ensure the effectiveness of programs.
Directs, influences and sets objectives of programs that determines results.
Analyze issues and improve and adapt existing and new programs to achieve desired results.
Communicate to the field about programs - provide reporting and regular updates.
Provide the field useful information to better their business and sales.
Communicate and present to senior leadership on programs and providing supporting information with data and analytics Influence teams of people working on reinventing and managing programs.
Also influencing the field store management to leverage and participate in programs.
Combination of short and long term strategic inputs for programs.
Create and develop new programs and/or adapt existing programs to be aligned with business goals as needed Qualifications Basic:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 8-10 years related work experience Preferred:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making Demonstrated track record of strong execution and experience collaborating broadly Customer-centric orientation with proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results with a cross-functional team Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels Possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment Additional Information Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
