Direct Marketing Operations Manager

Position Description:
Plan and execute programs and initiatives in partnership with Merchandising, Store Operations, Category Marketing, and the internal Agency.
Day-to-day planning and execution of marketing tactics and programs, developing plans and materials, communicating with business partners, resolving issues, and reporting on results.
Develop and implement overall seasonal marketing strategy and plans on time and within budget .
Create and implement new processes for better using resources, including budget allocation, marketing vehicles or agency resources.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Partnering with cross-functional team, vehicle owners, and outside vendors to develop project plans and integrate program elements.
- Developing creative elements in partnership with the agency, including writing creative brief, evaluating creative concepts and manage timelines.
- Analyzing program performance and identifying insights for seasonal post mortem and to influence the next year's plans.
- Developing integrated marketing planning calendar that captures marketing activities across stores and online, and supports annual goals and business needs.
- Tracking of the seasonal marketing calendar distributed throughout the organization.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitive activity to enable stronger plans.
- Working with finance team on developing a tracker to analyze our investment in marketing vehicles.
- Ensuring marketing spend is aligned within budget parameters, overall as well as within fixed and variable breakouts.
- Developing an agency creative project plan template and partnering with marketing team members to establish a complete annual plan.
Qualifications Required Experience/Skills :
Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or directly related field plus two (2) years related experience.
Experience must include:
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing vehicles, including in-store signage, digital, online, and direct.
- Identifying and evaluating cost-effective, appropriate marketing vehicle for specific message - Articulating both inside and outside of marketing (store operations) creative strategy to enable creative that meets the marketing objectives - Project Management, including maintaining budget and details ensuring strong execution against strategic objectives.
- Excellent presentation skills, including deck/presentation writing - Public Speaking - Demonstrated ability to influence others without a direct reporting structure - Excel and Data Analytics - Lateral thinking and strong partnership skills Will accept a Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of described experience.
Travel Requirement:
As needed for seasonal store visits.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
