Currently hiring for a Customer Support Coordinator in Framingham, MA - $40,000 - $65,000
My client provides software (for pharma and biotech industries) and they look to add a new member to the team. The Coordinator will provide day to day administrative support for the Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks:
Coordinate and organize Customer Support meetings
Collect and organize IT monthly reports for internal and external reporting as assigned
Follow-up with individuals that have not responded to requests for information submitted through system or customer interactions
Coordinate customer surveys, (create, maintain, report)
Perform First Line Support duties and assist in coordinating Support Team activities as necessary
Assist with project monitoring, software deployment, user testing and scheduling to ensure proper communication, understanding, and coordination of software.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Expert skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Expert skills with Microsoft Outlook: email, calendars and scheduling
Experience with WebEx, Skype and/or other internet group based communication tools
Experience in computer or information systems and or 5-10 years related work experience
Experience in requirements analysis and business process improvement
Customer facing project management (excluding software development management)
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and customer-facing communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
