Job Description:As part of our client's Agency Creative Shared Services group, the Asst. Account Executive will support work related to the Canadian print advertising and emails team. The AAE will work closely with the SA CA marketing and merchandising teams and designers. AAE will also be responsible for putting together tentative schedules, proofing SA CA jobs and meeting deadlines or escalating issues to manager if deadlines cannot be met.

Ability to handle multiple projects at once
Good communication/people skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Enthusiastic, positive and self confident
