Description:
SCCM Engineer is needed.
Designs and performs Infrastructure Engineering/Administration maintenance tasks and analyzes processes for improvement.
Performs the most complex Infrastructure changes and implementations.
Analyzes, tests and implements changes and enhancements to Infrastructure Software and Hardware technologies.
Leads teams in moderately complex or medium scale infrastructure support, maintenance, change, designs, disaster recovery, capacity and implementation projects.
Collaborates with IT areas to identify Infrastructure relationships and functional requirements. Analyzes and resolves issues related to information flow and content.
Contributes to technical design of Infrastructure in partnership with all areas of IT.
Performs Infrastructure performance and tuning activities.
Provides direction and guidance to more junior associates.
Provides support for complex Infrastructure and systems engineering/implementation activities. Activities may require off hours support to conform to business processing requirements
Proficient writing skills, and able to document technical processes in a manner that is easy for others to follow.
Highly proficient with Microsoft SCCM 2012 and newer
o Design & Architecture experience in SCCM 2012. Knowledge of System Center ecosystem
o Experience in creating SCCM dashboards and custom reports
o SCCM application packaging expertise
o SCCM report creation and execution expertise
o Experience monitoring SCCM and troubleshooting problems
o Experience managing SCCM and understanding of the architecture and infrastructure in a widely dispersed SCCM installation with client and server technologies (Windows 7, Windows 8, Application deployment, Application patching, etc.)
o Advanced understanding of SCCM architecture, infrastructure, application packaging and deployment, collections, advertisements, and client troubleshooting
Proficient with scripting (powershell or batch). Able to automate complex Windows tasks through use of scripting.
Expert-level knowledge of all Windows operating systems. Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues with little to no guidance.
